Re-imagined room with extensions

Additions to the room:

 - an elevated new room, accessed via stairs

 - additional tall window at top of stairs for natural light

 - additional glass doors for natural light and access to outdoor balcony

 - an outdoor balcony that surrounds the new elevated room

Materials: Cardboard from boxes, toothpicks (balcony), cellophane (windows & glass doors) and white paint

Positives - Cardboard: easy to cut and fold, easy to paint over. Toothpicks: easy to cut, visually represent the balcony. Cellophane: easy to cut

Negatives - Cardboard: can't hold a lot of weight, bends and warps easily when painted/wet. Toothpicks: difficult to work with because of small size, difficult to glue down, easy tip over and slant. Cellophane: difficult to glue, tears easily
